My opener hums or clicks but the door does not move. Do I need a new one?
Not always. A humming or clicking opener can point to a broken spring, a stuck door or a worn part in the opener. Do not keep pressing the button, because that can strain the opener further. Call us and we can tell you whether it needs repair or replacement.
Will you program my remotes and keypad?
Yes. We program remotes and keypads as part of the installation, and we also offer remote and keypad programming on its own.
Can a new opener fix a door that is hard to lift?
Usually not. A door that feels very heavy by hand often has a broken spring or a cable problem, and a new opener will not solve that. We check the door first so you only pay for what the door needs.
What if my opener fails at night or on a holiday?
